All nodes in the coexistence system:
- Must run the same version of the Teradata Database. Contact your Teradata representative to confirm the exact version of the Teradata Database for this platform.
- Must have the latest software/firmware levels that are certified for the Teradata Database version. Always install the base software version and the latest certified patches.Make sure you have downloaded the latest software packages from the Teradata Software Server at http://tssprod.teradata.com:8080/TSFS/. Refer to the TSS User Manual on the website for instructions.
