Cabinet: Primary and Secondary Server Management Networks in Cabinets

- Each network-0 cabinet contains zero or one primary server management Ethernet switch. Each network-1 cabinet contains zero or one secondary server management Ethernet switch. Cabinets that do not include in-cabinet server management switches connect to switches in an external Platform Framework Cabinet.
- Each managed chassis connects to the primary or secondary Ethernet switch in its cabinet or in the PFC.
