The creator and the immediate owner of a procedure are not changed after recompilation.
ALTER PROCEDURE (SQL Form) also does not change the following attributes of the procedure being recompiled.
- Session mode
- Creator character set
- Creator character type
- Default database
- Privileges granted to the procedure
