In the Job History view, several icons indicate job status.

| ? | The status is unknown. There can be many reasons for an unknown status. For example, the job was launched from the Appliance Backup Utility server but there was no connection to the Appliance Backup Utility client or the connection was lost. A job can stay in the connecting state for 5 minutes before the attempt fails and the status is displayed as unknown. The log file does not indicate the failed job launch because there was no connection to the client. |
