To archive a database or a table in a database, the user named in the LOGON statement must have one of the following:
To archive database DBC, the user name must either be “User DBC” or be granted the DUMP and SELECT privileges by user DBC.

Note: You cannot grant the DUMP privilege on the UIF object itself, but with the database-level DUMP privilege you can do a table-level archive of the individual UIF object.
