Service User
If your site is connected using Teradata ServiceConnect, comments are also added to the service incident if one was generated.
- In the Web Client, click .

Click
to see event details of the system problem, and add comments as follows:
- Click Create.
- Type your Author identifier.
- [Optional] Select Include work time and enter the amount of time you worked on the incident, provided the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
- After you submit the Comment, you can view it in the service incident if one was generated and the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
- [Optional] Select Allow customer to view comment in incident when an incident is generated and the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
- Click Save.
Deleting comments only deletes them from the local system and does not update the service incident.
