If your site is connected using Teradata ServiceConnect, comments are also added to the service incident if one was generated.

  1. In the Web Client, click "" > System Problems.
  2. Click "" to see event details of the system problem, and add comments as follows:
    1. Click Create.
    2. Type your Author identifier.
    3. [Optional] Select Include work time and enter the amount of time you worked on the incident, provided the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
    4. After you submit the Comment, you can view it in the service incident if one was generated and the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
    5. [Optional] Select Allow customer to view comment in incident when an incident is generated and the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
    6. Click Save.
    Deleting comments only deletes them from the local system and does not update the service incident.
