AppCenter allows users and administrators to create apps that keep running until stopped, which are perpetual apps. Root users can restrict perpetual app creation to only administrators.

  1. Select "" > Settings > Applications.
  2. On Restrict perpetual app creation to administrators, toggle the setting on.
