Beginning with Teradata Tools and Utilities 13.00.00, and other requirements listed in Join and Hash Indexes in Restoring, when archiving a user table, all join and hash indexes defined in that table are automatically archived. Individual join and hash index definitions can be backed up by specifying the join or hash index name in the list of objects to archive.
