Issue ID: BH-5398
Details: When installing the model file pos_model_2.0_zh_cn_141008.bin (which PoSTagger uses), this error sometimes occurs:
INSTALL FILE 'pos_model_2.0_zh_cn_141008.bin' SCHEMA "public"; ERROR: An internal error has occurred.
Workaround: Try again to install the model file. If the error recurs, contact Teradata Global Customer Support.
