Issue ID: ANLY-2354
Details: If the input table to the NER function was not specified with the PARTITION BY ANY clause, the function displays this misleading error message:
SQL-MapReduce function NER failed: INTERNAL: The column argument TextColumn does not have a target table specified. Please contact Teradata Aster support.
Workaround: Specify the input table using a PARTITION BY ANY clause.
