By default, the Aster-Informatica connector expects source and target files to be in a particular directory:
- Source file: $PMSourceFileDir\
- Target file: $PMTargetFileDir\
Use this procedure to change the default directory.
- In the PowerCenter Workflow Manager, open the Task Developer tool.
- Right-click on the task and select Edit.
- Select the Mapping tab.

Change the default directory:
- For a source file, under File Reader, change the Source File Directory.
- For a target file, under File Writer, change the Output File Directory.
