To enable data transfer, the Aster Database and Spark exchange this information:
- Aster output data types and number of output data fields
- Aster input data types and number of input data fields
- Data transfer type (file or socket)
- When the data transfer method is files, the paths to the Aster Database output files (Spark input files) and Aster Database input files (Spark output files)
- Control ports (to exchange control information)
