Reactivate an unrecoverable Fastload table as follows:
- Check the contents of sysadmin.fastlog for an <X.Y> match.
- If the sysadmin.fastlog tables do not match, delete the rows for <X.Y> on all systems to re-sync the tables.
- Make sure the loads to the <X.Y>~fastlog table are not running, and then deactivate and reactivate the <X.Y>~fastlog table in Business Continuity Manager.
