Refers to the release of CLIv2 being invoked. Since they do not apply, the QEPTLEN, QEPCONN, QEPRQST, and QEPTOKEN fields must contain binary zeroes.
Returns the release identifier for the CLIv2 being used.
The intent of the data is not to deduce CLIv2 functionality, but simply to provide the release information for whatever diagnostic use it may be. The value should not be parsed for any reason since its format is subject to change.
