Purpose
For MultipartIndicator mode responses, elicits a User Defined Function.

Usage Notes
SourceLanguage identifies the language in which the User Defined Function is programmed, as one of the following:
| 0 = Not supplied | 1 = C |
| 2 = C++ | 3 = Java |
FileType identifies the type of file, chosen as one of the following:
| 0 = Not supplied | 1 = A source file |
| 2 = An included file | 3 = An object file |
FileSupplied identifies what name was supplied for the file, chosen as one of the following:
- 0 = Name without location
- 1 = Name and location
- A pad byte (a single, unused byte)
FilenameLength specifies the length, in bytes, of the filename.
Filename specifies the name of the file in characters of the session character set.
