CLI does not check PublicKey and PublicKeyN, two parts of an encryption key used to encrypt the connect and reconnect request messages, where PublicKey is the exponent portion of the Public Key and PublicKeyN is the modulus portion.
SesCOPAddr is the address or name that the work station must use to connect to the session COP. The format of this field depends on the network software running on the workstation. The workstation defines the format by the flag NetAddrType in the Assign parcel.
RelArray contains the database release number.
VerArray contains the database version number.
HostID contains a session’s logical host id, as an unsigned binary, in the least significant 10 bits. Hostid is specific to a given run of the Reconfig utility, since Config and Reconfig are used to specify host id.
