You must create the DSC User before installing ClientHandler and DSC with PUT. This applies only to new installations, not upgrades.
- At the command-line prompt, type #/usr/sbin/useradd -m <DSCUSER> -u <USERID>. DSCUSER and USERID correspond to the values in the dsainputs file.
