PrerequisiteConfigure a third-party application and media server before adding a target group.
The config_target_groups command configures the target groups based on the target type and the information from the parameters file.
To use the config_target_groups command, you must specify the XML file that contains the necessary configuration information, including the target group name, entity, BAR media server, and policy class information.
