  • The Teradata Viewpoint Administrator must assign the Manage Lab Groups permission using Roles Manager for your Viewpoint role.
  • The Teradata Viewpoint Administrator must complete the email configuration before email notifications can be triggered.
  1. From the Lab Groups table in the Monitoring tab, click next to the lab group, and select Edit.
  2. Click the Labs tab.
  3. [Optional] Under Lab Owner Email Notifications, select the number of days before a lab expires in which to trigger an email notification. An email notification is sent to the lab owner when the number of days is reached.
  4. [Optional] Under Lab Owner Email Notifications, enter a percentage from 1% to 99%. An email notification is sent to the lab owner when the available space for the lab falls below the percentage you set.
  5. Click Save.
