A failed request is a request that did not process due to an error during submission, completion, or delivery. Failed requests appear red in the Status column in the Requests tab for all users.
  1. From the Requests tab, click the failed request in the Requests table. The Request Details appears at the bottom and displays next to the status.
  2. Click to review the reason for the failure.
  3. If you are unable to correct the issue yourself, contact your DBA.
  4. After the issue is corrected, click Resubmit. When lab users or read-only users resubmit a failed request, it is immediately processed and does not need to be approved again.
