Teradata Database provides a set of views on the QCD tables to restrict their access. Various levels of access to QCD tables are granted to different user categories.
Teradata Database also provides a set of macros for maintaining various aspects of the query capture database. The Control Center feature of the Visual EXPLAIN client utility provides the interface to create the views and macros and to grant privileges to QCD users.
