Purpose
Sets the memory segment size used for the Teradata Database Data Dictionary cache in multiples of 64 KB.

Usage Notes
Only one segment that is equal to dictionary cache size will be allocated when the value is 0. In these cases, the dictionary cache size cannot exceed 16 MB.
