Purpose
Controls usage of DIAGNOSTIC SET PROFILE statements to dynamically change cost profiles, which are used for query planning.
This setting should be changed only under the direction of Teradata Support Center personnel.

| 1 | Enable DIAGNOSTIC SET PROFILE statements for SESSION and REQUEST levels. |
| 2 | Enables DIAGNOSTIC SET PROFILE statements at all levels. |

For new sessions after the DBS Control Record has been written.
