Indicates whether the system has been initialized properly using the System Initializer utility (sysinit).
This field is read only. It is set by sysinit. Using sysinit destroys all user and dictionary data, and reinitializes the system.
|TRUE (time unknown)||Teradata Database was upgraded without being reinitialized with sysinit.|
|TRUE (timestamp)||Teradata Database was upgraded with a successful system initialization at the time specified by timestamp.|
|FALSE||Teradata Database was upgraded with an unsuccessful system reinitialization.|
This field must be TRUE for Teradata Database startup to begin.
