Follow this procedure to optimize cell usage.
- Issue an ADD CELLS command to bring the 992 byte cells up to a total of 3300.
- Run the workload again (5 FastLoads and 5 BulkLoads).
- Issue a D CELLS command at regular intervals to determine the number of available and in use cells.

Use the results of the D CELLS query as follows.
IF . . . THEN . . . the system is still at 100% utilization add more cells. cells are always available reduce the number of cells. Remember to aim for slightly more than average, not for the peak.
