You can install a customized TDPLGUX during normal TDP operation. Follow these steps to install a customized TDPLGUX:
- Rename the current version of TDPLGUX (either as originally supplied by Teradata or as modified by your site) to let you revert back to the previous copy if necessary.
- Compile and link-edit the customized TDPLGUX module into one of the following:
In z/OS, the <dbcpfx>.TDPLOAD.
- In the z/OS environment, install the customized TDPLGUX with SMP as a USERMOD to prevent overlaying a customized TDPLGUX with a replacement TDPLGUX module supplied in a later software release.
