Causes TDP to discontinue collection of statistical and performance information.

When TDP starts, TDPSTATS is not enabled. TDPSTATS is enabled by executing the ENABLE TDPSTATS command. Use the DISPLAY TDPSTATS command to display the current status of TDPSTATS.
