The Ecosystem Manager Monitor collects metrics at specified intervals against a machine and reports the information back to the Ecosystem Manager server.
The default Ecosystem Manager Monitor configuration reports on hardware-specific metrics that the Ecosystem Manager server builds thresholds against. In addition, the Ecosystem Manager Monitor can use third-party collectors to report data to the Ecosystem Manager server.
