All edits are locked on deployed workflows, except schedule. You can make scheduling edits without undeploying the workflow. For all other edits to deployed workflows, you must follow these steps.

If the workflow is deployed, from the Workflow Designer summary table view, click
next to the workflow name and then select Undeploy.
- Click the workflow name.

Edit the workflow.
Use onscreen tool tips. Follow these steps to delete components or workflows:
Component Steps Nodes - Drag nodes to the

Connections Select and press Delete. Workflow Click Actions, and then select Delete. Workflow Properties Click next to Email or Schedule to delete.
