- Click Bulk Assign Actions.
- Click Assign.

Next to Jobs to Assign, click

Select the box next to each job you want to assign, and then click
.
The selected jobs appear on the right side. -
Next to Actions to Assign, click .
- Select an action rule and complete the fields.

[Optional] Select the box next to each action you want to assign, and then click .
The selected actions appear on the right side.
- Click OK.
- Click Apply for the changes to take effect.
