  1. If the workflow is deployed, from the Workflow Designer summary table view, click next to the workflow name and then select Undeploy.
  2. Click the workflow name.
  3. Select Thresholds Rules.
  4. Click next to Threshold Rules.
  5. Click to select a violation.
    Option Description
    Workflow runs overtime Triggers an alert when a workflow runs longer than specified.
    Late recurring workflow Triggers an alert when a workflow starts later than expected.
    Node runs overtime Triggers an alert when a workflow node runs longer than specified.
    Late recurring node Triggers an alert when a workflow node starts later than expected.
  6. Enter the length of the threshold in seconds.
  7. Select the type of response to indicate the severity of the violation.
    • Warning
    • Critical
  8. [Optional] Select the box next to Execute action to send an email when the threshold is reached. You can change the default subject and message for the email.
  9. Click Save.
