Use this template to create a workflow to shift workloads from one Teradata system to another to load balance if the primary Teradata system is busy. End users or applications are not interrupted during the move. During the execution, the workflow uses Unity routing rules to the shift the workloads.
Prerequisites include the following:
- Unity integrated with Ecosystem Manager
- Primary and secondary Teradata systems managed by Unity for writes
