The TARA server is not responding to job requests, although jobs have previously run successfully in the current configuration.
To test if the TARA server is unresponsive, at the command line, type:
/opt/teradata/tara/gui/bin/tarajobquery -u administrator -p <password> -LIf the TARA server is not responding, there is no response to the command. A successful result returns a list of the current and previous jobs that have been launched through Teradata TARA.
Verify that there is no filesize statement that exceeds 2GB in value. See Configure the Log File.
Another area to investigate is looking at the core files. See Step 1: Add ulimit.
