The TARA Support Bundle gathers log files and server information for Teradata Customer Support troubleshooting purposes. The TARA Support Bundle script produces a .zip output file, which Teradata GSC personnel manually runs. Alternately, GSC instructs the customer to run the script, then forward the .zip output file to the GSC. The script gathers local information that is specific to each server. If there are multiple Teradata Managed Servers for BAR in the environment, GSC can request a .zip file from each server.
