The Teradata initiator takes the current role of the initiating user or the roll ALL if the user has multiple roles enabled.
Teradata-to-Teradata
- Adds proxyrole=target role to QueryBand.
- Initiates SET ROLE target role when a JDBC is statement created, saving the default role.
- Initiates SET ROLE default role when a JDBC statement is closed.
- For all queries, QueryBand is reset using SET QUERY_BAND=NONE FOR SESSION when a JDBC statement is closed.
