Importing a data source system is an alternative way to add a data source system when the system is already managed by another Teradata Fabric Manager cluster. If you have access to the other Teradata Fabric Manager cluster, importing the system is easier than having to register all the nodes to the new Teradata Fabric Manager cluster.
- Under Fabric Components, select Systems.
- Select
next to Systems. - Select Import System.
- Enter a hostname or IP address for one of the existing Teradata Fabric Managers in the cluster where the system and nodes are already added.
- Enter the Teradata Fabric Manager Username.
- Enter the Password for the Teradata Fabric Manager user.
- Click Next.
