Consider the following points while using the ConnectString command:
- The command name (connectstring) is case-insensitive.
- Teradata FastLoad reports a warning when .connectstring specified after logon and continue with the run.
- Always enter the .connectstring value enclosed in the single quotes; if the open/end quote is missing, the system generates an error and eventually terminates the job.
