Only users with administrative privileges can access Administration. Administration allows you to do the following tasks:
Role Tasks
Super user

Super user administrators log in with the password provided during installation and set up other administrators. Super users can perform any task in Listener, but only super users can do the following:

  • Access, edit, and delete LDAP domains
  • Change the Listener system password
Administrator Administrators log in with LDAP credentials and can do the following
  • View total number of agents, total CPU usage, and total memory usage
  • View resource usage on all available agents, including operational performance alerts
  • View and update autoscaler limits for ingest-services replicas
  • Create LDAP domains
  • Create systems
  • Change user permissions
    Super users and administrators cannot change their own permissions or change another user to super user administrator.
