The following sections provide general guidelines for linking the libraries required by PP2 application programs. Modify the procedures to accommodate individual installation requirements. Applications can be linked in a number of ways; the examples that follow show one possible method.
To prepare a Teradata SQL program for execution:
- Preprocess the application.
- Compile or assemble the result.
- Link the necessary libraries.
- Store the resulting load module for later execution.
