The macros installed with the RTO dip script allow you to create and name custom push profiles for use with Teradata QueryGrid. A custom push profile can be used to:
- Enable or disable any operation available in the default push profile
- Tune (calibrate) the server settings available in a default push profile
The settings in custom push profiles should be based on workload and the recommendations of your Teradata Customer Support Representative.
