Changing the publicAddress, clusterAddress, and bindAddress defaults is optional. You can change the default clusterAddress before or after clustering.
You can set or modify each of these values independently in /etc/opt/teradata/tdqgm/server.properties.
- Log on to the Teradata QueryGrid Manager TMS, VM, or server.
-
Open the /etc/opt/teradata/tdqgm/server.properties file.
You must have write permission to the files in /etc/opt/teradata/tdqgm.
- Edit the publicAddress, bindAddress, and clusterAddress properties and save the file.
-
At the command line, restart Teradata QueryGrid Manager by typing the following.
service tdqgm restart
If there are problems, review the /opt/teradata/tdqgm/logs/tdqgm-boot.log log file, fix all identified problems, and restart Teradata QueryGrid Manager.
