The Java Client is used to configure and monitor the system. Events that are serious enough to affect the operation of the system generate system problems based on the correlation and summarization of known patterns. These are viewable in the Web Client.
Summary alerts represent system problems that may require a service action to resolve. Look at System Problems in the Web Client to understand and resolve system issues.
