Service User
If your site is connected using Teradata ServiceConnect, the comments are also added to the service incident if one was generated.- In the Java Client, click Summary Alerts.
- In the Summary Alert Viewer, select a summary alert, then select
- Type your Author identifier.
- [Optional] Select Include work time and enter the amount of time you worked on the incident, providing the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
- After you submit the Comment, you can view it in the service incident if one was generated, providing the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
- [Optional] Select Allow customer to view comment in incident when an incident is generated, providing the site is connected using ServiceConnect.
- Click Submit.
- Click Ok.
- [Optional] In the Summary Alert Viewer, click to view or delete the comment you added. Deleting comments only deletes them from the local system and does not update the service incident.
