CMICs record measurement information from certain managed elements and store the information in the Measurement Database. Measurement information can be viewed for chassis that report measurements. The measurement data is recorded and stored in the database at eight-hour intervals, and when a CMIC boots.

You can use the following commands to access measurement information for debugging and trend analysis.
Commands for Measurement Information
Command Description
View > Measurement Info Displays current chassis measurement data.
Event Mgmt > Measurement History Displays a history of chassis measurement data based on a time interval and number of records.
You can use the following commands to generate graphs that are based on the information gathered from hardware sensors and recorded and stored in the CMIC Measurement Database.
Commands for Generating Graphs
Command Description
Event Mgmt > Measurement Graph > Predefined Queries > System Queries Predefined queries that can be used to generate temperature graphs for all nodes and CMICs.
Event Mgmt > Measurement Graph > Predefined Queries > Cabinet Level Queries Predefined queries that can be used to generate temperature graphs for components in one or more selected cabinets.
Event Mgmt > Measurement Graph > Custom Queries Custom queries that can be used to generate graphs for selected components based on your choice of hardware sensors. Custom queries can be saved, edited, and deleted.
