If you access the Home page of a CMIC that is non-SOV-enabled, most web applications and pages are unavailable because the CMIC is not configured to run the single operational view. Use the following procedure to locate an SOV CMIC.
From the web page whose web applications and pages are unavailable, select Networks, Devices, and CMICs.
Only Service Users can access the Networks, Devices, and CMICs page.
- If prompted, log on with your username and password, and click Ok.
- In the Functionalities Hosted column, click SOV. The SMWeb Home page appears.
