- From the Tree View, select a component for which support bundles are collected.

To open the Support Bundles window, do one of the following:
- Select .
- From the toolbar, click Support Bundles.

From the Support Bundles window, click the support bundle that you want to download.
Support bundles have a .gz file extension.If you are on the customer LAN, you must log on as a Service User to download support bundles.
- On the File Download dialog box, click Save.
- Specify the directory where you want to download the support bundle zip file.
The downloaded bundle is compressed. To extract and view the files, you must use a compression utility.
