Data corruption may occur during a hard reset. Use this command only when all other attempts to reset have failed.
  1. From the Tree View, select the VMS, or one or more nodes.
  2. Select Functions > Hard Reset. SMClient warns against a non-graceful shutdown.
  3. Click Yes to continue. If the component is a VMS, a message warns that the VMs on the VMS will also be reset.
  4. Click Yes to continue.
