TVI_Disposition Specifies the TVI Disposition status:

  • Ignore_Maintenance: The maintenance window was open when this alert occurred. Alerts are marked Ignore_Maintenance if the components for which they are reported are in a maintenance window. A summary alert is still escalated while in a maintenance window but the maintenance flag is on, so no incident is created at the backend.
  • Ignored: Not escalated by TVI because it has been specifically excluded by rules.
  • Abeyed: Summary Alert was not escalated by TVI because a previous similar alert was escalated and subsequent escalation is suppressed for a period of time.
  • Escalated: Indicates this summary alert has been sent out to the TVI backend to be considered for incident create or update.
ComponentID Indicates the component associated with the alert.
ObjectClass Specifies the object class name of the component, typically the first part of the component ID.

SubType Indicates an optional alert type. PSR_SummaryAlert can have the following subtypes: RootCause, SituationalCause, UpdateMore, UpdateWorse, UpdateRepeat, UpdateExpire, UpdateInfo, UpdateImprove, or UpdateClose. Heartbeat identifies issues or a restore of the node to the CMIC Event path.
Domain Identifies the problem area, which is typically a short name for the agent reporting the alert. Example domains include:
  • Alerts reported by Server Management, such as Node, CMIC, ChassisAgent, CMICCore, and Disk_Array.
