- Do one of the following:
Option Action Creating a connection profile At the Specify a Driver and Connection Details step, click Add next to JDBC Connection Properties. Modifying a connection profile - Right-click the connection profile.
- Select Teradata JDBC Connection Properties.
- Click Add next to JDBC Connection Properties.
- At JDBC Properties, select a JDBC property from the drop-down list.
- Select the value for the property from Select Property Value.
- [Optional] If the property you select requires a user-defined value, the Enter JDBC Property Value dialog appears.
- Enter the JDBC Property Value.
- Click OK.
- [Optional] To manually enter a JDBC property that is not in the properties list, select USER_ENTERED_PROPERTY from the Select JDBC Property drop-down list and create a new property name value pair.
- Enter a new Property Name.
- Enter a new Property Value.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.The JDBC property value pair is added to the JDBC Connection Properties.
