Table and views columns have comment field to add a comment. Use the Edit Comment menu option in the Object List Viewer to add or update a comment to each column. User can edit each column comment using this form.
- In the Object List Viewer, right-click a table or view and select Edit Columns Comment.
The Edit Comment form appears below the Object List Viewer.
- Select the Comment field next to the column name to add or update a comment.
